Cancellation
In the time limit up to 20 days before arrival, no fine will be charged. From 20 to 11 days before the arrival date, 20% of the amount of one night will be charged. Cancellation of the reservation from 10 to 6 days before the arrival date will be charged 30% of the amount of one night. Reservation cancellation requests from 5 days to 48 hours before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the amount of one night. 48 hours before arrival, 70% of the cost of one night's stay per room will be deducted. 100% of the stay fee will be deducted from 24 hours before the arrival time. Cancellation of reservation during peak and non-peak days: Considering that the cancellation rate is different in different days and different hotels, the exact cancellation amount will be determined after inquiring with the hotel.
