Due to the conditions of Nowruz, it is not possible to extend the length of stay as well as the half charge of departure. All reservations from 25/12/1404 to 15/01/1405 are non-refundable and it is not possible to cancel the reservation. For special reasons such as the occurrence of natural disasters, security reasons, and events that are beyond the control and will of both parties, the reservation will be canceled and the funds received will be returned. (According to Article 12 of the executive manual of room reservation and its cancellation provided by Fars Province Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization) The room number provided to the esteemed guests cannot be changed. Presentation of identity documents (identity card, national card or passport) is mandatory for all guests of any age upon admission. It should be noted that it is mandatory to present proof of confidentiality in order to enter the room. All items in the room, including textiles and dishes, are placed at the guests' disposal as a deposit, and in case of damage, the price of the items will be charged. The use of minibar, restaurant, coffee shop, laundry, hotel billiards club and sauna and jacuzzi services are subject to a separate fee.
