General rules of Sasan Shiraz Hotel: 1- It is mandatory to carry the original birth certificate for couples (for identity authentication and privacy) and a new national card (smart) or birth certificate for Iranian guests and passport for foreign nationals. 2- It is possible to accept guests with a valid contract and a prominent seal. 3- The check-in time to the hotel is not a criterion, and the room check-in time is 14:00 and the room check-out time is 12:00 noon. 5- In case of stay (at least one night), admission from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm and also from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm is half price and its cost is calculated from the winning rate without discount. 6- The type of extra bed service in the hotel is a mattress in the rooms and a sofa bed in the suites. 7- Additional costs of the hotel, such as restaurant, mini bar, laundry and coffee shop, are the responsibility of the esteemed guests. 8- The parking lot of the hotel with limited capacity is 150 meters away from it. (If there is capacity, guests can use the hotel parking lot. 9- The maximum length of stay in rooms that are hourly and without breakfast is only for one day and 6 hours, which can be booked between 9am and 4pm. 10- Dear guests should check the minibar (the contents of the refrigerator and the items in the room) upon arrival and inform the reception department if any defects are found. Otherwise, the guest will be responsible for the resulting damages. 11- At the time of booking, the hotel will have no obligation regarding the room number, type of room, bed, bathroom, direction, color, design and floor of the room and it will be determined by the receptionist when the guests arrive. 12- Reservations without full payment or without official correspondence and getting confirmation from the hotel are invalid and the hotel will not be responsible for it. 13- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of cash and valuables in the room and parking lot. 14- Due to hygiene and well-being of guests, smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from bringing any kind of cooking equipment inside the hotel.
Fees and check-in time
The conditions of the child's stay and the possibility of using an extra bed in each room are determined based on the "sign" displayed. If you see the sign "Calculate child rate online", the cost of the child's stay is included in the final price of the reservation. However, if the sign "Child's fee in person" is displayed, the cost of the child's stay will be collected from the traveler according to the hotel's rules and at the time of admission.
